It features a kitchen and dining area, a comfortable sleeping area, a living room and a bathroom, together with everything you need for a pleasant and carefree stay. For complete relaxation, there is a private jacuzzi, while during the warm summer months guests can also enjoy a small outdoor swimming pool and shower. You can relax on the terrace or in the gazebo, enjoy the sun loungers and swings, fire up the barbecue or gather around the campfire – perfect for peaceful evenings under the stars. There is plenty to keep you entertained as well, including mini football, table football, electronic darts, hanging bowling and board games. The apartment is equipped with Wi-Fi, air conditioning, a Smart TV, radio, kettle, microwave, induction cooktop and refrigerator. House rules

In order to ensure you have a pleasant stay and to avoid any possible misunderstandings, we kindly ask you to familiarize yourself with the house rules. Should you require any additional information, your host will be happy to assist you. On the day of arrival, you may check in after 2:00 PM, and on the day of departure, check-out is required by 10:00 AM at the latest. Earlier or later arrival and departure times may be arranged depending on your wishes and availability. You are required to provide your ID card or passport to the host for registration with the Tourist Board. Guests are responsible for taking care of their personal belongings and valuables left in the apartment. The owner is not responsible for any loss or disappearance of such items. Guests are responsible for their own behavior in and around the property. In the event of an accident, guests are solely responsible for any consequences. Additional facilities and amenities on the property are not supervised and are used at the guests' own risk. Please keep noise to a minimum, especially during the period from 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM. The number of guests staying in the accommodation may not exceed the maximum permitted occupancy. The host reserves the right to refuse accommodation to additional guests or to charge an additional fee for their stay. Please keep the entrance door locked while you are in the property. When leaving the property, please make sure to lock the doors and close the windows, close the parasols, turn off the lights and all electrical appliances (TV, air conditioning, stove, etc.), and turn off the water. The owner has the right to enter the accommodation in the guest's absence if necessary to prevent possible damage or danger. The owner is obliged to inform the guest of such entry at the first subsequent contact. Damaging furniture or equipment, creating disorder, or disturbing other guests is strictly prohibited. If any installations, furniture, appliances, or other equipment are lost or damaged due to the guest's fault, the guest is required to notify the host and reimburse the full value of the damage caused. Removing any equipment or items from the accommodation (towels, blankets, etc.) is prohibited. Bringing weapons, explosives, or highly flammable materials into the accommodation is strictly prohibited. The use of equipment or appliances that are not part of the accommodation is permitted only with the host's prior approval. Before departure Please leave the accommodation clean and tidy. All appliances must be cleaned and switched off. Waste must be disposed of in the designated bins. Furniture should be left in the same arrangement as you found it. Reservation and payment To confirm your reservation, a 25% deposit of the total accommodation price must be paid. The remaining amount is payable in cash upon arrival. Deposits are non-refundable. However, guests may use the amount of the paid deposit toward a new stay within one year, subject to availability and agreement with the host. In the event of failure to comply with these house rules, the host reserves the right to terminate the provision of accommodation and other services to the guest. Should you have any comments, requests, suggestions, or compliments, please feel free to share them with your host, who is available to assist you throughout your entire stay.
